This may have been my best vacation yet.
Day 1
Beginning on the island of Kos, we learned the basics of our new home, we found our way around the cabin, and most importantly learned how to use the toilet (it’s more difficult than it sounds). We departed Kos and headed for Kalymnos stopping in a beautiful cove off the coast of Pserimos for lunch and a swim on our way.
Day 2
We departed Kalymnos and headed to Lipsi. On the way we stopped off for a bit of cliff jumping on Makronisi and lunch in Turquoise Bay.
Day 3
We headed off to the island of Arki. After the exhausting trip there, Joey fell asleep at dinner and had to re-boot.
Day 4
We sailed to Patmos where we rented scooters, hiked to a remote beach, and finally had some pizza for dinner!
Day 5
Before departing Patmos, we visited a monastery, ate breakfast overlooking the bay, and visited the cave of the apocolypse. We then sailed on to the island of Marathi where we hiked up a hill to watch the sunset with our sister boat, the Angelina.
Day 6
Our last day at sea, we sailed to Leros and travled across the island for dinner where the owner of the restaurant and his daughter serenaded us after our meal.
